By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.


1. General Use of Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the site, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with site operations.

Print Forge Designs reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the website, products, services, or pricing at any time without notice.


2. Products & Services

Print Forge Designs provides sublimation blanks and custom manufacturing services, including but not limited to printing, coating, laser cutting, CNC machining, and fabrication.

All product descriptions, pricing, availability, and timelines are subject to change. Minor variations may occur due to materials, processes, and normal production tolerances.


3. Custom Orders

Custom products are created based on customer-provided files, artwork, and specifications.

By placing an order, you confirm that all submitted information is accurate and approved. Unless explicitly requested and agreed upon, we do not review or modify submitted files.

Custom orders are final once production begins.


4. Production & Order Processing

For the purposes of these Terms, “production” includes but is not limited to:

  • Printing (sublimation, DTF, UV, screen printing)

  • Laser cutting or engraving

  • CNC machining or fabrication

  • File setup or preparation

  • Material allocation or coating

  • Any labor or resources committed to fulfilling the order

Once production has started, orders are considered in progress and cannot be canceled, modified, refunded, or returned.

Print Forge Designs reserves the right to determine when production has begun.


5. Artwork & Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own the rights to use it or have permission to reproduce it.

Print Forge Designs is not responsible for copyright, trademark, or licensing issues related to customer-submitted content.

We reserve the right to refuse any artwork or order at our sole discretion.


6. Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Orders will not enter production until payment is received and approved. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Customers are responsible for applicable taxes, shipping costs, and any approved additional charges.


7. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if production has not started.

Once production begins, orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable.


8. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates unless otherwise stated in writing.

Print Forge Designs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, weather, or events outside our control.

Responsibility transfers to the customer once the shipment has been accepted by the carrier.


9. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

All returns, refunds, and replacements are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.


10. Damaged or Defective Items

Approved claims for damaged or defective items will be resolved at the sole discretion of Print Forge Designs, which may include replacement, remake, or other appropriate resolution.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Print Forge Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or production delays.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service.


12. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee results when customer-submitted files are low quality, improperly prepared, or not compliant with our Artwork Policy.

Customers are solely responsible for the quality and accuracy of submitted files.


13. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion.


14. Website Errors

We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing, descriptions, or availability and to cancel orders affected by such errors.


15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.


16. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

1. RETURN & REFUND POLICY (FINAL)

Print Forge Designs – Return & Refund Policy

At Print Forge Designs, we take pride in producing high-quality sublimation blanks and custom products. Because many of our items are made-to-order, our return policy is designed to be clear and fair for both parties.

1. Sublimation Blanks (Unprinted Products)

We accept returns on unused, unprinted blanks under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Refunds are issued after items are received and inspected

Items that are used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.


2. Custom & Printed Products (All Sales Final)

All custom items are final sale. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Sublimated products

  • Direct-to-film (DTF) prints

  • UV printed items

  • Laser engraved or cut products

  • CNC machined or custom-fabricated items

  • Screen printed items

Because these products are created using customer-provided designs and specifications, we do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • File setup issues (resolution, sizing, formatting, etc.)

  • Spelling or design errors submitted by the customer

  • Color differences between screens and finished products

  • Minor placement variations within normal production tolerances


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

Approved claims will be replaced or remade at no cost. Refunds are not issued unless determined appropriate at the sole discretion of Print Forge Designs.


4. Order Accuracy & File Responsibility

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • All files, designs, and text have been reviewed and approved by you

  • We produce items exactly as submitted

  • Print Forge Designs is not responsible for errors in customer-provided artwork


5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled only if production has not started

  • Once production begins, orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable

Print Forge Designs – Artwork & File Submission Policy

At Print Forge Designs, all custom work is produced based on the artwork, files, and instructions provided by the customer. Please review this policy carefully before submitting your order.

1. Customer File Responsibility

By submitting artwork, you confirm that your file is complete, correct, and ready for production.

Print Forge Designs will print, cut, engrave, press, or produce your design based on what is submitted. We do not review, edit, correct, redraw, resize, color-correct, or proof files unless this service is specifically agreed upon before production begins.

The customer is responsible for checking:

  • Spelling and grammar

  • Image quality

  • Resolution

  • Sizing

  • Layout

  • Cropping

  • Backgrounds

  • Transparency

  • Colors

  • Orientation

  • File format

  • Design placement

What you submit is what we produce.


2. Recommended File Quality

For best results, we recommend artwork be submitted at:

300 DPI minimum at final print size

Low-resolution images may appear blurry, pixelated, soft, distorted, or less detailed when printed.

Print Forge Designs is not responsible for poor results caused by low-quality, low-resolution, compressed, stretched, screenshotted, or improperly prepared files.


3. Accepted File Types

We accept most standard artwork files, including:

  • PNG

  • JPEG / JPG

  • PDF

  • SVG

  • EPS

  • AI

  • PSD

  • TIFF

For the best results:

  • Use PNG for transparent-background raster artwork

  • Use vector files when possible for logos, text, and clean line art

  • Avoid screenshots, social media downloads, or heavily compressed images when quality matters


4. Proofs & File Checks

Proofs, file checks, edits, or design adjustments are not included by default.

No file review, proofing, or correction is performed unless explicitly requested by the customer and confirmed by Print Forge Designs prior to production.

If you would like us to review or adjust your file:

  • This must be requested before production begins

  • Additional fees may apply

  • Turnaround time may increase

If a proof is provided and approved by the customer, production will proceed based on that approval. Approved proofs are considered final.

 


5. Color Accuracy

Colors may vary between digital screens and finished products.

Color differences can happen due to:

  • Monitor settings

  • Phone or computer display differences

  • File color profiles

  • Printing method

  • Substrate/material type

  • Coating differences

  • Heat, pressure, and production process variables

Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless a specific color-matching service is agreed upon in writing before production.


6. Sizing, Scaling & Placement

Artwork may be printed at the size submitted or scaled to fit the selected product, depending on the order type and product requirements.

Print Forge Designs is not responsible for unwanted cropping, distortion, stretching, incorrect proportions, or layout issues caused by improperly sized or prepared artwork.

Minor placement, alignment, sizing, and production variations may occur and are considered normal within standard production tolerances.


7. Transparency, Backgrounds & Cut Lines

Customers are responsible for ensuring files are prepared correctly for the intended process.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Transparent backgrounds

  • White backgrounds

  • Cut lines

  • Bleed areas

  • Margins

  • Safe zones

  • Layer setup

  • Vector paths

  • Engraving lines

  • CNC or laser-ready geometry

Print Forge Designs is not responsible for unwanted backgrounds, missing transparency, incorrect cut paths, or file setup issues unless file preparation was specifically requested and agreed upon.


8. Copyright & Artwork Rights

By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own the rights to use the design or have permission to reproduce it.

Print Forge Designs is not responsible for copyright, trademark, licensing, or ownership disputes related to customer-submitted artwork.

We reserve the right to refuse any artwork or order at our discretion.


9. Production Start & Final Approval

Once production has started, custom orders cannot be canceled, changed, refunded, or returned due to artwork/file issues.

By placing an order and submitting artwork, you approve the file for production.


10. Final Reminder

Please review your artwork carefully before submitting your order.

What you send is what we print, cut, engrave, press, or produce.

 

Print Forge Designs – Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within the estimated production timeframe provided at the time of purchase.
Production time and shipping time are separate. Shipping time begins only after an order has been completed and shipped.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Print Forge Designs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or delivery failure:

  • The customer is responsible for all reshipping costs

  • Additional shipping charges must be paid before the order is resent

Orders may be reshipped at the sole discretion of Print Forge Designs.


Shipping Carriers & Delays

We use third-party carriers such as UPS, USPS, and DHL.

Print Forge Designs is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Delivery issues once the package has been accepted by the carrier

  • Shipping interruptions caused by weather, logistics issues, or events outside our control

Responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer once the carrier takes possession of the package.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

If a shipment is lost or delayed, Print Forge Designs may assist in initiating a claim with the carrier; however, all shipping claims are ultimately handled by the carrier.

Any resolution for lost or delayed shipments is subject to the carrier’s policies and is handled at the sole discretion of Print Forge Designs.


Final Note

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that shipping timelines are estimates and that Print Forge Designs is not responsible for carrier-related issues once the order has shipped.
